Volaris and parent company Constellation seen as ‘standout players’ in the global tech M&A world

Volaris Group’s specialized expertise in software has once again earned us a reputation as a top acquirer among dealmakers in the global technology sector.

In early 2022, we were recognized as a top acquirer by Hampleton Partners, an international tech M&A consultancy with offices in London, Frankfurt, and San Francisco. 

“One of the standout players in the bullish Enterprise Software market is @volarisgroup,” Hampleton Partners highlighted in a recent social media post.   

“As reported in our new sector report, it has led the way in acquisitions in the past 30 months, ahead of the likes of Microsoft and Google.” 

Hampleton’s report finds that technology sector trends continue to underpin increased adoption of software across all industries and business functions.  

“As cloud technology moves companies up the digital maturity curve, these are able to take advantage of numerous benefits from digital customer engagement, interconnected supply chains, and automation to improve workflow efficiencies and data and insights,” the report says. 

Corum Group

Volaris Group's parent company, Constellation Software Inc., was recognized as a top acquirer of 2021 by Corum Group. Corum is a global leader in M&A services that specializes in serving software and information technology companies worldwide. 

Constellation as a whole completed more than 85 acquisitions in 2021, with Volaris resposible for close to 30 of those acquisitions over the course of the year.
