Collision, North America’s fastest-growing tech conference, will be taking place in Toronto from May 20-23rd. This mega-event brings together a diverse group of 25,000 tech and business leaders to network and learn. I look forward to attending and connecting with corporate and functional leaders from across the globe.I am also pleased to announce that I will be a featured speaker for the event’s Corporate Innovation Summit (CIS). The summit is a well-known meeting place for the world’s largest tech buyers and sellers as well as emerging disruptive technology companies.

Vertical market software business owners that need capital to grow, expand or improve their business may be reluctant to consider selling their company. I hope to see you during my talk on Thursday, May 23rd at 12:30 p.m. on the CIS stage. In my talk on Transforming the World of Mergers & Acquisitions, I will cover how sellers can achieve their professional goals and protect their legacy without negatively impacting stakeholders.
