Volaris Group Expands Position in Communications & Media Vertical with Acquisition of Advantage 360

Volaris Group (“Volaris”) today announced that it has completed its eleventh acquisition in the Communications and Media vertical with the acquisition of Advantage 360 Software, LLC, (“Advantage 360”), a converged platform providing Tier 3 & 4 emerging markets operators with retail customer management, through point of sales, accounting, mediation, fulfilment, and assurance functions.

Founded in 1984, the current Advantage 360 platform includes full lifecycle customer management solutions and is the central source of all retail fulfilment and revenue assurance for its communication service provider customers.
