Volaris Group Welcomes Portfolio+ to Banking and Credit Union Vertical
TORONTO, ON, August 1, 2019 -- Volaris Group Inc. (“Volaris”) today announced that it has acquired Strategic Information Technology Limited (“SIT”) based in Stouffville, Canada. As part of the acquisition, SIT has been officially renamed to Portfolio+ Inc. (“Portfolio+”) to better align with its customers, market and solutions.
Portfolio+ connects financial institutions with customers and partners using innovative technologies. Its banking software & digital financial solutions are widely used by financial institutions and represents Volaris’ third company in the Banking and Credit Union vertical.
Portfolio+ is an open banking platform that includes software applications for loans, mortgages term deposits, investments and retail banking. Portfolio+ has pioneered FinTech solutions to drive banking business for over 30 years.
