Volaris Brings Quadrants — the World’s Largest Gathering of Vertical Market Software Leaders — to Cancún, Mexico for 2024

When we reflect on what truly makes Volaris Group different in a competitive acquisition environment, our community is at the top of the list. With nearly 30 years of history and more than 200 acquisitions, we have built one of the largest and most vibrant communities of vertical market software executives in the world.

It’s a longstanding tradition for us to convene our leaders at global conferences.  Our marquee employee event, Quadrants, is the largest gathering of vertical market software leaders in the world. This year, we’re bringing our team to Cancún, Mexico for a week of compelling keynotes, candid discussion and best practice sharing.

Our unique model of infinite investment timelines, combined with operational autonomy and an unrelenting commitment to leadership development, means that relationships inside Volaris are lasting.

"I know first-hand it can be lonely leading a small company. You're facing new challenges and you need practical guidance and advice, but it can be tough to find peers that truly understand your situation. Quadrants is a key part of Volaris' solution to this challenge. It is both a chance for me to reconnect with old friends and get fresh inspiration from the new companies and leaders that have joined the Volaris family,” said Mary Wilson, Group Leader with Cultura, Volaris’ agri-business division. “It’s one of the most important weeks in our calendar and our team leaves energized. I’m always leaving with new connections and a notebook full of ideas to bring back to the companies I coach.”

Recognizing the special role that personal connections have to the success of our businesses, this year’s event’s theme is “Learning through Connection.”

“I want every attendee to leave the event with at least five new connections who they can call on for support or ideas in the future,” said Mark Miller, Executive Chairman of Volaris Group. “We’ve always said that our best practices cascade most effectively through personal connections, and nurturing our community is a key part of how we maintain this competitive advantage. You cannot build a true community overnight and I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve invested in these connections over decades.”

With hundreds of speakers and breakout sessions offered during the week, the event provides leaders with a chance to dive deep on very specific business challenges. Executive sponsors from within the company build tracks that respond pragmatically to the needs expressed by our community – such as modernizing a professional services operation, employee retention, change management, or R&D priorities. We’ll have specific programs focused on innovations in AI, diversity, learning and development, and maintaining competitive advantage.

For business leaders driven by curiosity, this event can be a transformative experience.

“There is something particularly powerful about being able to attend an industry conference where everyone works for the same parent company. We all bring our own business challenges to the event and can share with candor and transparency,” said Christian Gutierrez, General Manager of Centurisk, a Volaris Group company focused on property risk data management. “I’ve seen how these events can inspire our teams and help folks see new and exciting pathways for our business and their own careers.”

Quadrants 2024 will run this October in Cancún, Mexico with leaders from across Volaris taking part.
