Volaris Group Acquires Worldwide Chain Stores

Volaris Group Inc. (“Volaris”) today announced that it has acquired Worldwide Chain Stores (WCS), a leading supply chain execution company providing inventory management expertise to Grocery Retailers and Wholesalers.

With a history of building and growing organizations, the Volaris acquisition helps support WCS as it continues to invest in its current markets and solution portfolio, while exploring new geographies and market adjacencies.

WCS maintains its existing brand and continues to be led by current CEO, Joshila Makan.
