Chris Wildsmith's Second Act

When Chris Wildsmith sold Kinetic Solutions to Volaris, he wasn't at a stage of his career where he was ready to retire. So Volaris helped him solve two challenges: (1) ensuring his employees and customers would be in good hands, and (2) providing an avenue for him to start the exciting next chapter of his career. 

As he recounts in this video, the second act of his career at Volaris has exposed him to a variety of business environments that he "had no experience or even imagination of" — especially at a time in his life when he was very much interested in continuing to develop his capabilities.
