Volaris is recognized as a top acquirer

Volaris Group and parent company Constellation Software were featured in Corum Group’s Tech M&A Monthly webcast. Corum Group is a leading M&A firm for software and related technology companies. The webcast gave special mention to Constellation as a top volume acquirer, and to two acquisitions completed by Volaris: Alemba and Caseload.

Artnet reports on Volaris Group’s acquisition of ArtBinder

The founder of ArtBinder, Alexandra Chemla, was interviewed in Artnet about the sale of her business to Volaris. Artnet is a leading online resource for the international art market, and a destination for buying, selling, and researching art online. When asked about how the acquisition by Volaris might impact customers, Chemla said that clients would feel the impact of additional infrastructure and resources provided by Volaris over time.

Stoddard spoke to Managing Editor Ken Showers about the advantages of being part of Volaris Group, the long history of Intellicene in the security industry, and starting a new era for the brand after being sold by Cognyte.
